What was the biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge? The cheese itself. We found that just calling it 'Gruyère' wasn't enough to get the look we needed, so we built out a very detailed description to get it to look right. Below is one of the prompts.

An artisanal round of Gruyère cheese, beautifully aged and presented in high detail. The cheese has a firm, golden-brown rind with a slightly rough, weathered texture, showing the marks of careful aging. The interior is a pale yellow, smooth yet firm, with a few small holes and cracks typical of its nutty, creamy texture. The rind has faint inscriptions and patterns from the aging process, giving it an authentic rustic look. Soft, natural lighting highlights the fine details of the rind and interior, with the cheese set against a wooden cutting board. In the background, a cozy, warm-lit cheese cellar with wooden shelves lined with other aging cheeses adds to the artisanal ambiance.

What worked best?

Best results came from generating text to image in either Runway or Adobe Firefly and than animating with Runway’s Motion Brush feature. This worked to get suttle movement that help make the videos look as real as possible.
Text to video did not work as well as the above process.
